Mouflon

The mouflon (Ovis orientalis gathering) is a subspecies gathering of the wild sheep (Ovis orientalis). Populaces of O. orientalis can be parceled into the mouflons (orientalis gathering) and the urials (vignei gathering). The mouflon is believed to be the progenitor for all advanced residential sheep breeds.  Mouflon sheep have ruddy to dull earthy colored, short-haired coats with dim back stripes and dark ventral zones and light-shaded seat patches. The guys are horned; a few females are horned, while others are surveyed. The horns of develop rams are bended in right around one full upheaval (up to 85 cm). Mouflon have shoulder statures around 0.9 m and body loads of 50 kg (guys) and 35 kg (females).  Today, mouflon occupy the Caucasus, Anatolia, northern and eastern Iraq, and most pieces of Iran and Armenia.
